Lyca Referral Code (UK) is a small, independent guide to the Lyca Mobile UK refer-a-friend offer and to switching to Lyca generally. It is run by an independent UK site owner and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Lyca Mobile, EE, or BT.

How we check our facts

• Offer details (the 50%-off referral discount, referrer rewards, qualification rules) are taken from Lyca's official refer-a-friend page and its published terms, and re-checked when we update the site. Each guide shows its "updated" date.
• Plan prices and allowances are read from lycamobile.co.uk on the date shown next to them — Lyca rotates plans and promotions often, so the checkout price summary is always the final word.
• Switching facts (PAC/STAC texting, porting timescales) come from Ofcom's official switching guidance.
• Reputation figures (Trustpilot scores and review counts) are read from Trustpilot on the stated date, including the unflattering ones — we quote Lyca's real score, not a cherry-picked one.

If you spot something out of date, the offer terms on Lyca's official page always take precedence.

How this site makes money

When you sign up to Lyca through the referral links on this site, the site owner may receive a cash referral reward through Lyca's official refer-a-friend programme (run by Lyca's partner Aklamio). Your price is not affected — you pay the same as any referred customer and receive the same 50% discount. We don't run ads, sell data, or accept payment from Lyca or its competitors for coverage.

That referral incentive is also why we're deliberately blunt about Lyca's weaknesses (like its customer-service reputation) and about the cases where the referral link is not the best deal — see our discount comparison. A guide that's only ever positive isn't a guide.

Analytics
